Nowadays, people have becoming too dependent on credit. This is probably due to the several financial setbacks most people are facing nowadays. That the only way to get back on track is through credit. From that it is important to understand the importance of having a good credit rating or report.

Credit reports somewhat portrays an individual by reporting their financial credit and personal contact information. It tells the lender the kind of person you are in terms of how well you manage your financial obligations. Now, this report discloses the status of the present and past loans, credit cards, mortgages and any other reported debts. Other factors relating to debts, payments, inquiries to credit are also included in this report such that, creditors use this information to help them decide whether or not to lend you a new loan.

Such that it is important to have a good credit history since it will follow you for the rest of your life. And it will play vital role throughout your life. However, we can’t out do the fact that there are times in our life where on time payment to debts isn’t possible. Good thing there are credit repair services that will help anybody who wants to start fresh and wants to get rid of the bad scores that happen in the past.

By doing so, it will help that person gets new loan approval at lower interest rates. Find a good job without the fearing employers will shut them down because of bad credit history. And it offers an opportunity to start all over again.

my brother’s first prom

Not long ago, February to be specific, my brother attended his senior prom where he enjoys every minute of it. But, before the big day he got into a big argument with my mom. Why? He wants to wear one of those tuxedos.

Okay there is no problem to that. But, the only problem we have is what will happen to the suit after one use. It will just sit in the closet collecting dust. He will not be able to wear it after his prom because he will still go to college and that’s four years. That’s why mom tried to convince him just to wear long sleeve polo. But, he never listens. He insists to wear tuxedo.

Well, mom gave in and looked for it because it’s the first time my brother will be attending that kind of event. Good thing she found tuxedo rental somewhere in town. The fitting isn’t so good, but he likes it. So, we are happy about that.

Gee! This is the chocolate cake we’ve bought March 6. We opt for the smaller one so that we will not waste our money. Sadly until now it now we haven’t finished it yet. Good thing it has until the 11th before it expires.

Anyway, both hubby and my sister have the same opinion about the cake. Both of them say “it’s not cake, it’s just chocolate.” Okay, that gives me the idea to go the cake’s website where I realize that it is a combination of chocolate curls, which is obviously on top, icing the gooey outer part, the soft delicious moose and the hard chocolate brownie.

Well, even if they say “it’s just chocolate,” because clearly it is since it is called chocolate heaven, I would say it’s worth my money. I love sweets and this is what I exactly need.

Mother’s day gift plan

While I visit some of my blogger friends, I realized that Mother’s Day is coming soon. I searched the web and found out that May 9, 2010 is the official celebration for our country. That is two months to go. It means I have ample time to select the best gift from the wide assortments of mothers day gifts.

Before I could go further, I found a beautiful heart-shaped birthstone necklace. I am sure my mom will like this item as she is a very girly type of woman. She likes hearts, ribbons and flower designs in her things. That’s why it is no doubt she will adore this. However, there is more to see. I will continue my search, but I will include this in my lists.

I feel a little jealous because I will not receive anything on that day. But, it’s okay time will come I will be a mother.

another moving out plan

Whew! We have another moving out plans. But, this time the move will separate hubby and me. He is planning to go to Abu Dhabi while I will stay and return to my parents. This plan will commence probably by Jun or July. Anyway, I decided to remain because we can’t possibly stay in a foreign country with no work to fund our daily expenses.

Good thing we are renting our apartment that makes it easier for me to move back to my parent’s house. I thought of staying, but I am not used to being alone in a house for a long time. For now, I am starting to make preparations as to how many boxes I need.

I’ve learned from my friend before that I can buy printed boxes at the mall. It may not be as sturdy and high quality as to the ones offered by packnboxnow, it will do since it’s not a long distance transfer. I can even go back and forth just to pick up some items. But, I won’t do that because it’s a waste of time.

Ow well, it’s still months to go and our plans might change. So, let’s just see what will happen.

Investigations had revealed that people with upcoming days off were a lot more positive than those whose vacation were still months away. But a new study has revealed that this is the entire extent of this feeling. In other words, people returning from vacation have roughly the same level of happiness as their colleagues who worked while they were off, AlphaGalileo reports.

For this research, scientists focused on answering four main questions. They wanted to know first and foremost if vacationers were happier than their colleagues that remained at work, and also to find out if taking a trip indeed boosted happiness. Then, they sought to understand precisely how long people remain happy after a vacation, if taking a trip indeed has a positive effect. Lastly, the researchers wanted to discover what were the roles played by the length of the time off, and the stress people experienced in their vacation, on the final results.

It was, however, revealed that very relaxing vacation could indeed boost happiness for a long period of time, especially in the first two weeks after the workers returned to their jobs. The effect disappeared completely within 8 weeks. Details of this investigation appear in the latest online issue of the respected Springer journal Applied Research in Quality of Life.

I have been a big fan of Farm Ville ever since I started Facebook. I came to realized that I am one of the 235 million people playing this game according to its biggest developer Zynga.

Brian Reynolds, the chief videogame designer working for Zynga, told the audience at the DICE Summit in Las Vegas that the success of titles like FarmVille and Mafia Wars is linked to the way they manage to draw inspiration from the real world and translate that into virtual space.

Zynga’s strategy is built around the concept of “Reach, Retention, and Revenue.” The studio’s releases initially aim to attract as many players as possible and get them to recruit their friends and social platform buddies. Then, the teams focus on keeping them interested with new content and with mechanics. The last step is actually monetizing the games and getting a section of the players to pay for a premium aspect of the title they are engaged in.

my head is banging

I’m supposed to wake up late today. I decided not to because the temperature is already rising and I have to check the Ferrari parts I’m checking before I left the house yesterday. It is not something that I can use for the moment. But, I just do it to kill the time.

Actually my head is banging and I can’t think of anything else to do. Plus, hubby is still asleep so there is nobody that I can talk about the events that had happened yesterday. For the meantime I’ll just continue doing this until he gets out of the bed.

I freaked out when all of my college friends commit to our reunion yesterday. Days before the big day, I decided to use fat burner for women as I don’t want them to see me having huge bulges. I used to have a super body that everyone admires. And seeing me big will surely make a buzz. What I don’t know is that almost all of them gain weight more than I had before I used the product. Hehehe! We are really growing old.

Anyway, I really have some fun. I got home at around two in the morning with frowning face greetings from hubby. Well, this doesn’t happen all the time so I make the most of it.
