losing weight? ‘hit the gym now’
I have to say when you don’t want to gain weight in the future or is thinking of losing weight; then do hit the gym now. Don’t wait for the situation to get worse. I tell you it is really difficult to lose some pounds. I tried it before and gosh I always want to give up. But, I’m never a quitter before. I always want to prove something to myself that fueled me up to continue. Now I feel I’m reaping the rewards of my battle.
Anyway, I’ve been raving and bragging about my new size. Forgive me about that, but please let me be. It’s not always that I have a body like this. Yet, I’m not satisfied about it. There are more to burn. Honestly, I’m beginning to feel tired doing it, that’s why I’m already considering the use of fat burner to hasten the result. But, there is a little fear inside me that is telling not to until I see a doctor.
Well, I may not be so happy with my new size. But, I’m positive I can reach my weight loss goal in the next couple of months or probably years.
