The summer heat helps promote more oil production on skin. We all know oil is the perfect ingredient for pimples or acne. Well, this is the main problem of my sister has right now. She can’t stop experiencing too much heat for the moment brought by Elnino. The situation is actually placing a toll on her skin.

The only thing she can do right now is to look for remedy for acne and as much as possible try to stay in cool places. Good thing she now has the option to stay in the house the whole day since classes are over for her.

Ow well, I am experiencing too much heat as well. Luckily, I my pimples are in the sleeping mode. They don’t like to show up these days. Hehehe
