		<description>Well past perimenpause; though sleep is a real issue.  

I don&#039;t smoke, or chew.  I do limit my caffeine intake.  Odd ball that I am I&#039;m not into chocolate and only drink coffee in the am.  Have friends who drink it all day and all night without an issue.
