It is true that we should not refuse the blessings and the abundance especially of food during Christmas. However, that surely jeopardizes the weight loss goal of any person maintaining a desirable weight.

Hehehe! I am one of those people. I am guilty of being careless in terms of food intake during this time of the year even though I know how difficult it is to burn those extra fats. The abundance of food is a trap and every year I fall in it. No matter how I tried to stay away from the table, it seems like the table comes to me with the help of my family. Thanks to them, I can’t say no.

As early as now, I am thinking of ways to stay in my weight as the New Year begins. I am not so sure if a fat burner is applicable for this. I may add weight, but that is not enough for the potency of weight loss pills. Diet and exercise is not an option this time. Hehehe! What a lame excuse I have. Hehehe!
