Sometimes I forget to drink the right amount of water. There are so many things going on in my mind coupled with several workloads and household chores leaving me with no time to think of other things. That might sound silly, but that is true. I seldom forget to drink up to eight glasses of water a day. At the end of the day, I just realize that I only drink two to three of glasses of water. The rest of my liquids composed of coffee, juices, ice tea or soda.

waterI’m well-aware of the benefits of adequate water in our body. That is the reason I now jot down the number of glasses I take in within the day. It’s now part in my “to do” list, which is in my memo pad in front of me. Hehehe!
