hitting the gym but no results?

It is so frustrating that you keep on hitting the gym but without seeing results. Try a different approach like doing reps with heavier dumbbells. To give your muscles and metabolism a boost, choose a dumbbell you can lift eight to 12 times, you should be struggling by the last reps. Remember muscles burn much calorie. So, if you keep your muscles working, you will surely get the shape you always dream of.
