As a business graduate, I look forward to practice my profession by putting up a business of my own. These have been my long time dream ever since a child. However, after I graduated in college I still don’t have financial capacity to do it. So, I work for a corporation to earn a living. The good thing is that I was still able to practice everything I learned from school especially when I was promoted. But to keep up with the competitive industry I am in, I have to continually search and read books that can help me, such as executive books and many more. I have to apply different management strategies for my department to excel. But all my efforts paid off as I evaluated my work and every time I look at my pay slip. It pays to take a little effort on research and practice new ideas without fear since being a leader isn’t an easy task especially with all eyes on you.
